I recommend at least 1 GB of internal memory if you are fond using different types of apps and games. Then find out its internal storage. This storage can be used to store your data such as text files, videos, audio, images, etc. You should select it as your requirements. Then you should find out its support for external memory card. I recommend to have at least 32 GB. Besides this, you should also take care of the RAM memory. RAM memory determines the running app space. The more the RAM memory, the more number of apps can run simultaneously. 512 MB might be enough but you need to run more apps go for 1 GB.
